In History
In August Kranti, the role of Bairia is very important. On August 18, 1942, in front of a crowd of thousands with Bhupanarayan Singh, Sudarshan Singh in Bairia, Qazim had himself hoisted the tricolor at the police station and sought a two-day deferment from the revolutionaries to vacate the station. The same day, the Thanedar summoned five armed policemen from the district headquarters and threw the tricolor at night. As soon as it was inaugurated, the revolutionaries set August 18 to take revenge from the Thanedar. By midday, more than 25 thousand people surrounded the police station. Seeing the crowd at the police station, the SHO reached the roof of the police station and took charge of the soldiers. Meanwhile, some people entered the police station from the side and opened the station horse and demolished the stables. After this, the crowd entered the police station. Seeing this, the police opened fire and the revolutionaries threw stones. Kaushal Kumar jumped on the roof of the police station and hoisted the tricolor but was killed by a police bullet.
